In this trick, you cannot only find Books saved on public domains you can also download case studies, Knowledge documents, Excel file, Word File and already built Powerpoint Presentation on Specific Topic and searches anything just sample are written below.

> If you want HSE Management System  Presentation Just Type HSE Management System filetype:ppt you will find a related topic  Presentation on the top if you find just in Word file just type filetype:doc.

The Third trick I am telling it saves your time you can search the whole line on Google search this line in this order in this order with this spelling and not find anything else without this, with this condition Google will search some webpages instead of searching a million pages  it saves you time and you will right on information you want to search.
for this you  have to search with this you quote " " while searching like the example you read the quote Every great dream begins with a dreamer you want to know that who wrote this quote  you have to write with this quote "Every great dream begins with a dreamer" you will see Google will search with this order you set while searching, Google will show you websites where this quote are written in order see example in the picture

If some lines in your mind you want to  know where these lines came from which books you should search with quotes " in starting of the line and end in the line " you will find the source of this line on the Google 
Just example, you want to apply for specific job  Position only write just example "Data Scientist in New York" with quotes you find the related answers on your screen and if you want to know any University email id you will search like this "Howard university"+email the email id in one click in front of your Computer screen this trick help you when you find job placements or other opportunities and you are struggling to contact someone through email.
The other trick is very interesting and teaches you another level some times its happened you remember something and something is missing ita happen with our mind most of the times you can tell Google with this syntax you remember just take an example there is the famous song Every night in my dreams I see you, I feel you but you don't remember the between what the line was in the between you will search on Google like this "Every night * my dreams I * you, I feel you" star mean fit any suitable  word between the word see example in the picture
